Rewards Program
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE SEVENTH GENERATION LOYALTY PROGRAM. OVERVIEW OF SEVENTH GENERATION NATION LOYALTY PROGRAM Seventh Generation Nation Loyalty Program (the "Program") is a program sponsored by Seventh Generation, Inc. ("Seventh Generation" or "Sponsor") through which individuals can collect points by entering codes from purchasing specially-marked packages of Seventh Generation products ("Participating Products") and taking rewardable actions online as set forth below, available while supplies last. Participating Products will be listed on www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards and www.seventhgeneration.com and will be updated from time to time. ENROLLING IN THE PROGRAM Go to www.seventhgeneration.com or www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards and follow the links and instructions to create an account ("Account"). An individual must have a unique valid e-mail address to create an Account. Limit one (1) Account per person/household. The person who is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address indicated when registering to participate in the Program will be deemed the participant. The number of codes collected by a participant will be recorded and tracked in that participant's Account. You must enroll in the Seventh Generation Nation Rewards Program by either creating an Account or logging in (using log in information created at the Seventh Generation website) at www.seventhgeneration.com or www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. By completing the registration process and enrolling in the Program, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not register for the Program. The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment in the Program. Employees of Seventh Generation and any agencies or companies involved in the development or execution of the Program, and their immediate family (spouse/partner, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, may not participate in the Program. The Program is provided to individuals only. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program. It is fraudulent for any individual or company, association, or group to direct, encourage, or allow individuals to use a single Account for the purpose of accumulating points for combined use. COLLECTING POINTS Locate the code on the package or on a sticker affixed to the product of Participating Products. Go to www.seventhgeneration.com or www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards and follow the links and instructions to either register or sign in. After registering/signing in, follow the links and instructions to enter the code(s) from the Participating Products. Participants may collect and enter codes from Participating Products during the Program Period. Participating Products and rewardable actions will be made part of the Program at different times throughout the Program Period. Seventh Generation reserves the right to remove and add participating products as well as change the number of points awarded for Participating Products at any time during the Program. Codes may only be used one time for the Program. Upon launch of the program, codes entered from products purchased will not earn any loyalty points. Consumers will be notified at www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards and/or via email once codes entered from product will be eligible for accrual of points. EARNING POINTS Points may also be earned for taking specific actions on www.seventhgeneration.com or www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. Seventh Generation reserves the right to add or remove actions that can earn points to the Program during the Program Period. Seventh Generation reserves the right to change points associated with actions during the Program Period. Seventh Generation may offer Tell a Friend as an activity to earn points. Please note that participants may submit the names and e-mail addresses of friends who are eligible to enroll in the Program at www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. Each person that a participant refers will be sent an e-mail notifying them about the Program. Participant may only refer persons with whom they have an existing relationship. For each unique eligible referred person who successfully enrolls in the Program, the referring participant will be issued the designated number up points, with a maximum number of points (TBD) allowed per calendar year. Program participants may not combine points with other Program participants, or transfer, sell or otherwise dispose of codes in any manner in violation or attempted subversion of these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to combine or transfer, sell or otherwise dispose of codes in any manner in violation or attempted subversion of these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of all points in the involved participants' Accounts. Seventh Generation reserves the right to take any other or additional action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion in the event that Seventh Generation believes, in its sole discretion, that a participant or participants have violated any of these provisions. Codes acquired from donated product are not eligible for participation. Once a Program participant enters a code, the validation of the code and potential points earned will be subject to verification by Seventh Generation, or its designee, whose decisions on the outcome are in its sole discretion and are final and binding. Codes are void if: (a) not obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and through legitimate channels; (b) any part of the code or the packaging on which it is printed is counterfeited, altered, defective, tampered with or irregular in any way; or (c) obtained as the result of a sale or transfer which Seventh Generation, it its sole discretion, determines is in violation of these Terms and Conditions and/or the objectives of the Program. REDEEMING POINTS Program participants may redeem their points for merchandise, discounts, coupons, offers, donations or other items of value ("Rewards") listed in the "Rewards" section of www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. The corresponding point value required to redeem each item will be listed at www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. Participants must comply with individual Rewards limitations where indicated. Seventh Generation will periodically modify the list of merchandise and other items available for point redemption throughout the Program Period and reserves the right to modify the point values of the Rewards, at any time and for any reason, during the Program Period. Seventh Generation reserves the right to add or change the Rewards throughout the Program period. Substitute Rewards will be of equal or greater value. To redeem your points, navigate through the items on www.seventhgeneration.com/rewards. You can choose any item still available for which you have accumulated sufficient points for redemption. Click the item you wish to redeem and follow the links and instructions to complete the redemption process. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of redeemed Rewards once the redemption process is completed. Redeemed Rewards will be sent to the address provided by you for delivery. Seventh Generation is not responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen mail. No substitutions or rain checks. All point redemptions are final. The maximum number of points that may be redeemed by a participant may not exceed six hundred (600). Participants may redeem points in the manner set forth above until December 31, 2012, the end of the Program Period, unless extended or otherwise modified by Seventh Generation. Any points remaining in an Account at the end of the Program Period will be forfeited without compensation. The points have no cash value and are only redeemable for offered Rewards via the Program. Participants must save the Participating Products' packaging with the official code until they receive the redeemed Rewards, as it may be necessary to submit it for verification. Seventh Generation reserves the right to require proof, including, but not limited to, product packaging and the right to request proof that the code was obtained by participant in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants must comply with such requests and submit satisfactory proof, as determined at Seventh Generation's sole discretion, in order to receive any Rewards. SEVENTH GENERATION MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE REWARDS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PROGRAM PARTICPANTS AGREE TO RELY SOLELY ON THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES, IF ANY, FOR ANY PRODUCTS REDEEMED THROUGH THE PROGRAM. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
