What information will you collect from me?

When you register for a Service Provider-powered promotion, we ask for your email address, date of birth, ZIP code, gender, and, in certain cases, other information requested by the promotion sponsor. Occasionally, the Service Provider and its promotional sponsor(s) conduct user surveys. All information requested in such surveys is completely optional.For all Service Provider visitors—not just registered users—we collect IP addresses, browser type, access times, duration of visit, referring URL, platform, new/repeat information, time-stamp and exit page information. This data is gathered for statistical purposes so that we may analyze trends and performance over time.

When you make a purchase through the Service Provider directly, the personal and billing information you provide will be shared with the appropriate third party in order to ensure the completion of your purchase. If you wish to update, correct or access any pertinent, personally-identifiable information that you provided to the Service Provider through the registration process (such as email address, zip code and date of birth), you can make the changes by choosing the "edit account" link on the promotional website.

A cookie is a unique identifier sent to your computer by a Web server and stored on your hard drive. This authenticated tag lets a server identify you. At the Service Provider, we only use cookies to maintain your session when you are logged into a Service Provider-powered promotion. [In addition we may use cookies to prevent participation by people under age 13, and in some cases under age 18.] No other Personally Identifiable Information is stored on these cookies. Sweepstakes

Mergers/Acquisitions

In the event that the Service Provider or substantially all of the Service Provider’s assets are acquired by a third party, customer information may be transferred to the Service Provider’s successor company.
