How many characters can I use to create my password?
Your password must be between 4 and 16 characters.
Where can I get help if I have trouble logging into my Fall Savings account?
You may contact us by clicking on the "Help Center" link on any page of the Web site. Please fill out the form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
May I opt out of receiving e-mails in the future?
Yes, you can opt out of receiving future e-mails. You may unsubscribe by going to the Help Center and choosing Unsubscribe. The only e-mails you will receive from Fall Savings are transactional and they include any replies from customer service as well as password reminder emails.
How the Fall Savings Program Works
How do I get a shopper card?
Shopper cards can be obtained at any participating Retailer.
What stores are participating in the Fall Savings program?
Once logged in, go to the "My Cards" page and click “View all stores” to see participating retailers in your area.
You can also click on the "My Cards" page and click the view all participating retailers to see the stores.
Can I remove coupons from my shopper card without spending them?
No, once coupons have been entered onto your shopper card, they cannot be removed. They need to remain on your card until they expire or you redeem the coupons.
Can I load multiples of a coupon onto my shopper card?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto your card once.
Can I load the same coupon onto different shopper cards?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto one card at a time.
How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card once I enter them?
It takes up to one hour before the coupons are available on your card to redeem at your retail store. The only exception is that with some retailers, you may use your alternate ID (usually your phone number) instead of your card number. If you use your alternate ID on your first visit to the Fall Savings site, after that first visit it, will take up to 24 hours for coupons to be available on your card.
What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
If your discount was not applied properly, contact the Fall Savings customer service for assistance by clicking on the "Help Center" link in the bottom navigation.
How can I view coupons loaded on my shopper card?
You can click on the "My Coupons" link to view active, redeemed, and expired coupons.
How do I switch between cards on my coupon page to load offers?
Go to “My Shoppers Cards” and select the Retailer Loyalty card where you would like to apply your savings. Then select to add coupons to that card.
Can I print my coupons?
You may not print actual coupons, but you may print a shopping list that tells you the coupons that you have loaded. To access, once you have loaded coupons onto your shopper card, click the "My Coupons" link located on the top of the page. On the "My Coupons" page, you can click on the print shopping list option.
How can I change or add a shopper card?
Once you have logged into your account, click on the "My Shopper Cards" link and you can change or add a card on the "My Shopper Cards" page.
